T + 50 Still in the hospital

Following Monday night's emergency room visit they transported Annette across town to the Emory Hospital Towers where she had her transplant. It took the ER room at St Joe's 4 hours to arrange a transport! We didn't get to our room til 2:15AM Tuesday morning. The day was spent having tests done and attempting to dial in the medications. She had an ultrasound of her legs and arms where they found another clot in her right leg which they believe is the source of the clot in her lung.  She'll be on blood thinners for 6 months. They also had an echo cardiogram of her heart  which was fine.  She spent most of the day sleeping or dealing with the pain as they attempted to get it under control. In the afternoon things seemed to be settling down and was visited by Katie and her best friend Diane.
