T minus 5 days

Last night Annette's chemo took about 30 minutes and all went well. She felt fine and other than several interruptions from the nurses drawing blood and taking vitals the night was uneventful. Today was a quiet day spent reading, resting, watching TV and walking the halls. Katie came over for the afternoon, she brought us lunch, and a calendar she made with Emma to track her walks. Her doctor is pushing for a mile a day and today she met that goal.  Including today she has 4 more days of chemo before the transplant.
