T + 12

We're at the mid-point of the basement period and her numbers are improving so much so that the doctor this morning mentioned the possibility of getting out of here on Monday or Tuesday!  The big caveat is that they need to successfully transfer her from IV to oral medications and keep the nausea at bay.  The ultrasound of her left arm showed no sign of a clot and the swelling is going down so that's good news.  Annette was able to eat more solid food today, and she enjoyed Krispy Kreme donuts and fried chicken.  Katie, Jarred, and Mark spent the day with us.
